About the role

  • In this role, you will focus heavily on complex payment processing, comprehensive account reconciliation (including National Accounts and retail stores), and cross-functional deduction management with our Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Deduction Management: Track short pays and chargebacks. Collaborate with the Sales team to investigate disputes, and apply approved credits in the system once resolved.
  • Reporting & Month-End: Generate AR metrics for management, support month/year-end financial close, and assist with audits.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3+ years of proven experience with accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws
  • Performing other duties as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

  • $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)
