About the role
- Prepares annual budget for all companies for Board of Directors' approval.
- Provides financial analysis and evaluation of financial results through reports, narratives, and presentations for management and the Board of Directors, including industry analysis.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and optimizes applications to support the financial forecasts and allocation of expenses.
- We build relationships and work together to create a stronger, more secure future for our clients and our communities.
Requirements
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar financial reporting tools preferred.
Skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

- The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
- Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
- $64,800-$89,100
- Incentive Pay:
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
