About the role
- This is a role based in-office in Raleigh or New York, or Remote in East Coast.
- What this looks like day-to-day - Product vision and strategy: Define the roadmap for your product area and defend prioritization decisions with data, customer insight, and clear reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle from early concept through general availability and post-launch iteration.
- Work closely with engineering to sequence and scope work, and partner with design on interaction models and user experience.
- Apply AI across the product cycle, including discovery synthesis, early wireframe concepts, specification drafting, competitive analysis, and design exploration.
Requirements
- You're rewiring how you work around them.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning product areas end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience taking a product or major feature through the full lifecycle, including scoping, sequencing, launching, and iterating.
- Track record of driving cross-functional alignment by resolving conflicts, clarifying decisions, and moving work forward.
- Familiarity with Pendo as a user or customer.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role to be performed in East Coast (EST) is USD $160,000 - USD $175,000.
