About the role
- Job Description Dewberry is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Senior Project Manager to work in Western PA locations.
- Dewberry is a leading, market-facing professional services firm with more than 60 locations and 2,500 professionals nationwide.
Nice to have
- 15+ years of experience with PennDOT design standards and current state of practice such as accelerated bridge construction and prefabricated bridge elements are preferred.
- Prior project management experience along with a strong understanding of associated disciplines and construction operations is desired.
- Successfully leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and drafters along with coordination with clients will be required to complete assignments.
- The position also requires the candidate to be actively involved in business development including client management and responding to requests for proposals.
- The ability and willingness to mentor less experienced staff is required.
- A desire to grow into a position of Departmental leadership is preferred.
