Develop and fundamental understanding of layout plans, process and procedures and construction environments.
Provide ancillary support to preconstruction effort such as document control, correspondence internal/external, material research etc.
Conduct quantity take-offs and build a foundational understanding systems takeoff with oversight from management personnel.
Collaborate with preconstruction, operational and opportunity stakeholders.

Estimator provides support for single large projects or multiple smaller projects.
Primary duties include participation in bid efforts and providing administrative support to the estimating department.
The Estimator is expected to be competent in basic estimating tasks and is developing an understanding of more advanced estimating principles including conceptual estimating, project logistics, and indirect costs.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successful project estimates.
Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Sage Estimating).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
