Responsibilities
- Track performance vs. plan, identify variances, and support reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance.
- Support execution and optimization of the ecommerce promotional calendar.
- Support pricing execution including promotional and regular price changes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Support planning cadences and monitor fulfillment performance (BOPIS, SFS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related area
Nice to have
- Minimum 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgement and quantitative analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn other software (Hyperion, SAP Finance, Business Objects, MFP, APT, Tableau, Altryx, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Compensation
