- Transform Building

- Support implementation of de-risking checklists for each design milestone.
- Assist in documenting decisions and risk mitigation actions throughout the design process.
- Provide input during design meetings to flag constructability concerns based on trade partner feedback or historical issues.
- Maintain a design issue log to track and escalate unresolved risks to the Lead or Manager.
- Convert operational and construction input into clear, buildable design criteria and redlines.
Skills
- Familiarity with VDC tools and basic design-to-construction translation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles
- 5-day work week (Monday-Friday) Physical Co-location
- Daily Collaboration
- Understanding of construction sequencing, drawing details, logistics planning, site phasing, and utility coordination.
- Procore, Bluebeam, Oracle Primavera Cloud, AutoCAD, Revit.
