  • We will count on you to:
  • Partner with project leads to refine analytical approach and adapt scope based on findings
  • Structure, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure analytical integrity
  • Develop and present insights to internal stakeholders and client teams, including executive audiences
  • Support and mentor junior analysts, including reviewing work and guiding analytical approach
  • Core areas of work include: executive and director compensation benchmarking, incentive design, governance reviews, and ad-hoc special situations
  • What you need to have:
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
  • Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking to solve problems
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with others in a skillful and engaging manner
  • Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong storytelling skills - ability to connect data to business implications
