About the role
- The heartbeat of your role involves inviting others to serve by vision casting how lives can be changed while keeping Jesus at the center of all you do.
- Regularly attend and participate at LCBC prior to and/or upon employment.
- A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Ability to execute and own all kidMinistry programs, operational systems, processes, and guidelines.
- Develop new leaders by embodying, utilizing and executing a Lead Small Culture.
- Drive growth for kidMinistry attendance for both kids and volunteers over previous year.
- Understand and maintain a +60% volunteer-to-kid attendance by monitoring weekly.
- To lead and support kidMinistry in a way where Life Change happens, One Kid at a Time.
Requirements
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus and demonstrate ongoing spiritual growth through everyday habits and practices.
- Support LCBC's mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs.
Compensation
- $40k-$45k
