Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and manage your own needs in order to maintain a youth-centered program.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals and groups in respecting social and cultural diversity and to maintain appropriate boundaries.
  • Under the direction of the transportation lead, you will chaperone camp participants and ensure camper safety and well-being as they travel to and from camp, and support, care for, and aid campers as they navigate the airport, overnight stay, or bus rides.
  • Deep in the North Woods of Minnesota, USA, Concordia Language Villages creates a place that is both culturally authentic and uniquely our own.
  • In the Language Villages, everything from the music played to the dishes used in the dining hall reflect the culture each was designed to represent.
