Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel by consistently identifying and engaging new business opportunities.
- Attend in-person meetings, events, and business development opportunities as needed to generate leads and grow market presence.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are current, organized, and progressing appropriately.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in CRM records, activity tracking, and sales reporting.
- Marketing and Brand Support
- Participate in marketing-related activities that support lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Support business development initiatives as directed to help expand the Nucleus brand and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales opportunities, client conversations, and solution alignment.
- We work with every one of our clients to help supercharge their business, transforming their IT from a system that just needs support to one that is driving business results and helping them grow.
- This role is prospecting-heavy, requiring copious amounts of ambition and drive.
Requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of the MSP marketplace, including competitors, client needs, and how Nucleus differentiates itself.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a Managed Services Provider and/or IT Services Company.
