The Scheduling Coordinator utilizes outbound contact methods to recent customers to schedule a technician for in-home measurements within manufacturing specifications following Window Nation recommended guidelines.
The Scheduling Coordinator will use routing software to determine efficient routing for the technicians to maximize productivity while exceeding customer expectations.
