Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to have
- Collaborating cross-functionally within the organization to ensure creative needs are met accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Work directly with counterparts on content, production, and game presentation teams to continually elevate the brand output and live game experience.
- Mentor graphic designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deal with different personalities.
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices and creative trends.
- Excellent layout, color theory, and typography skilled.
