Responsibilities
- The Demand Planner assists the Sales and Channel teams to support the growth of their account while ensuring targets for fill rates and forecast accuracy are met.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Supply to develop forecasts at a SKU level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop consistent communication and processes with Sales leadership and Channel to ensure promotions are supported and forecast expectations are clear
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize processes and key performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

Requirements
- A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, capable of taking the initiative, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to present and explain data in a logical way.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Power Query.

- Competitive Base Salary $70,000 - $75,000 and annual bonus opportunity
