Responsibilities

Empower Global Infrastructure as our Next Technical Support Engineer (B2W)!
Ready to solve complex technical challenges and empower heavy civil construction leaders to build the world more profitably?
Provide expert-level support via phone and screen-sharing to help clients navigate configuration, product functionality, and hosted services.
Collaborate directly with Development teams by documenting defects and trends to influence future software enhancements.
Experience using CRM systems to manage and track complex case lists.

Requirements

You possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop/server operating systems and Google products.

Skills

Previous experience with SQL or a background in coding/programming.

Compensation

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
