Responsibilities
- Maintain resort common areas, grounds, walkways, steps, plazas, parking areas, and roadways (landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, ice control, trash removal)
- Perform daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of common areas Keep detailed records of work performed and submit work orders for billing and compliance
- Operate equipment safely, follow all safety procedures, and report hazards Monitor inventory and supplies, inform Manager/Supervisor of needs Attend training and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Maintain the aesthetic, effectiveness, functionality, and safety of all resort common areas and resources by performing maintenance and or snow removal and ice control on all common area grounds, landscape features and plants, hardscape features, resort signage, walkways, steps, plazas, parking lots and roads.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and staff Perform groundskeeping tasks: mowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and applying chemicals Maintain equipment and assist with construction projects (preparing soil, sodding, seeding)
- Perform snow removal and ice control using hand tools, snow blowers, and chemicals
- Contribute to team efforts and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
