About the role
- Total Wine & More is seeking a Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO) & Change Management to join our Enterprise Strategy team in our Bethesda, MD office.
- This position is responsible for ensuring the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact-while driving enterprise-wide adoption of change.
- This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO, CSO, and executive leadership team to translate enterprise strategy into executable roadmaps with clear prioritization, sequencing, ownership, resourcing, and decision rights.
- Build and institutionalize enterprise-wide change management capabilities, including communication, training, adoption tracking, engagement strategies, feedback loops, and reinforcement of new ways of working across ~300+ stores and HQ.

Compensation
- The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- $214,650.00 - $322,020.00 Annual
