About the role
- The Senior Client Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping technical strategy for high-value, multi-practice opportunities at Myriad360.
- As a senior technical leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to CSAs and engineers across the organization.
- Assume full ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities
Responsibilities
- This role carries full ownership of solution architecture from discovery through design validation and deal progression.
- You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Practice Directors, and Principal Architects to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that align with client goals and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs)
- Mentor CSAs and engineers in best practices for solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling
Requirements
- You are a seasoned solutions architect who thrives in complex, multi-domain environments and enjoys guiding clients towards outcomes that align technology with business strategy.
- Must be based in the United States and reside in Massachusetts.
- Travel up to 40% may be required.
Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Demonstrated success in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions
- Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven ability to guide client decision-making processes
- Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas
- Capability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles
- Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred
- Proactively identify cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering
