Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for positions for Stores across our global markets
Coach Hiring Managers on recruitment process and provide interview support and training to field staff.
Present and collaborate with Retail Leaders and Retail HRBP to proactively identify talent needs and share market insights and recruitment process in an organized fashion.
Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's growth
process design and ownership of ATS (Greenhouse) for retail
Continuously monitor ATS updates (Greenhouse) and support with maintenance and upkeep of recruitment tracking
Continuously develop and improve process through AI automation
You'll partner strategically with Retail leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across our global markets, currently spanning the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
In this role, you'll define recruitment strategies, build and nurture talent pipelines, own your metrics, and serve as the trusted advisor to your field partners on talent, insights, process, and market trends.

Demonstrated experience with full cycle recruitment
Experience recruiting in a high volume and repeat role environment
Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
Experience using various TA systems such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter etc
Excellent presentation skills and communication skills- a
Ability to own meetings with stakeholders and present information concisely
Strong organization skills to manage recruitment project trackers and autonomously manage recruitment timelines and communications

Fluency with Boolean search across tools like LinkedIn, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Software- AI Sourcing is a Plus

This role currently has a base pay range of $70,000- $90,000 per annum based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
