Requirements
- A quick learner with the ability to take initiative and be proactive.
Nice to have
- Contact the borrower via telephone within the lender-designated timelines to arrange a signing meeting and clarify expectations prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Commissioner of Oaths required- signing agent to have access to another Commissioner of Oaths for witness affidavits
- Meet with borrowers, at their convenience, and return signed documentation to FCT as per defined procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience, by handling customer queries efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer skills - Internet, email, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe).
