Responsibilities
- The role of a Lead Services Technician is to oversee and carry out advanced maintenance and repair tasks on a wide range of equipment and facilities.
- Job Duties Follow safety procedures, observe safe work practices, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to resolve malfunctions.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels.
- Effectively gather information on turbine performance/issues to diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions for complex problems.
- Employees must maintain a valid license and a satisfactory driving record and may be subject to periodic DMV checks of their driving record.
Requirements
- Must have strong leadership abilities.
- Position Qualifications/Skills Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience maintaining wind turbines.
- Driving is an essential function of the job, and applicants must have a valid driver's license at the time of application and an acceptable driving record.
- High School Graduate or GED 3-5 years experience OSHA 10 General Industry Required Active Valid Driver's License Real ID or Passport; must be able to fly
