About the role
- The range for the position is $62,400 - $78,000.
- Hours and Location of Work This is a regular, full-time position that is remote within the US.
- Employees will be expected to be engaged online and travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs.
- Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way.
- Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements.
- Plan partner colleges' participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.
- Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM.
- Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Self-starter, with ability to self-manage and take ownership of work. Keen sense of accountability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement in difficult situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience.
- Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way.
- Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations.
- Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions), Canva, Salesforce, Tableau and Slate.
- Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
- Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability.

- Understanding of statistical analysis.

- Exceptional attention to detail, but able to maintain focus on the larger picture. Rigorous quality standards in terms of quantitative accuracy, text editing, and visual aesthetics.

Compensation
- We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills for the position.
- The range for the position is $62,400 - $78,000.
- Travel may include up to 2-4 times per year for internal and external organizational events.
