About the role

  • The range for the position is $62,400 - $78,000.
  • Hours and Location of Work This is a regular, full-time position that is remote within the US.
  • Employees will be expected to be engaged online and travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs.
  • Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way.
  • Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements.
  • Plan partner colleges' participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.
  • Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM.
  • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Self-starter, with ability to self-manage and take ownership of work. Keen sense of accountability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement in difficult situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience.
  • Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way.
  • Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations.
  • Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions), Canva, Salesforce, Tableau and Slate.
  • Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability.

  • Understanding of statistical analysis.

Compensation

  • We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills for the position.
  • The range for the position is $62,400 - $78,000.
  • Travel may include up to 2-4 times per year for internal and external organizational events.
