About the role

  • UTA is seeking a Recruiter to join our Early Career Recruiting team in our Los Angeles office.
  • The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to attracting and hiring top-tier early-career talent.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
  • Talent Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with top talent through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use data and insights to assess the talent pipeline, strengthen recruiting strategies, and inform recommendations for stakeholders and partners.
  • Inclusion Initiatives: Support recruitment within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with university recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Workday and Ashby experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
  • General business knowledge and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively against deadlines.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
