About the role
- UTA is seeking a Recruiter to join our Early Career Recruiting team in our Los Angeles office.
- The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to attracting and hiring top-tier early-career talent.
- There is no relocation package provided for this role.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships.
- Talent Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with top talent through thoughtful sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data and insights to assess the talent pipeline, strengthen recruiting strategies, and inform recommendations for stakeholders and partners.
- Inclusion Initiatives: Support recruitment within the early talent space to help advance an inclusive workforce.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, with university recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Workday and Ashby experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
- General business knowledge and a strong interest in the entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and able to work effectively against deadlines.

Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
