About the role
- Ensures the nursing team is trained effectively in all technical responsibilities.
- Ensures clinical staff are educated on new initiatives or practice changes.
- Assists with onboarding checklist and training new staff after orientation and during the first 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Leads initiatives to improve patient safety, outcomes, and the overall quality of care by implementing evidence-based practices and analyzing data.
Requirements
- At last 3 years of clinical experience.
- Performs all the principal duties and responsibilities of the registered nurse as required.
Skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work with clinical staff.
- Ability to take initiative and proactively assess processed within the clinics.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, multi- task and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to change.
- Stays up to date on the latest research and technologies in healthcare for improved patient care
