Requirements

  • One must be your current supervisor.

  • Minimum 3 years of campus experience as an asset
  • Have demonstrated the ability to be proactive and self-initiating
  • All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel.
  • Salaries increase with years of experience.

Compensation

  • Full-time Annual Salary between $58,498.15 to $72,537.71 depending on experience and qualifications
  • POSITION START DATE: Successful candidates for the Campus Team Leader position are not given a formal job offer, but rather are accepted into the Team Leader pool.
  • When there is an operational need for Campus Team Leaders, offers may be made to candidates in the TL pool.

  • Provides leadership and management to the campus team
  • Responsible for campus movement planning and executing;
  • Strengthens external relationships
  • Financial planning and management of the campus expense budget; and personal MPD
  • Responsible for developing and executing a one-year plan under the direction of the Regional Manager.
