About the role

  • Primary Accountabilities: - Oversee development of specific strategies related to price, product and underwriting.
  • Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034, this is a hybrid position with 10 days per month in the office.
  • We also offer a competitive 401(k) contribution, a pension plan, an annual incentive, 9 paid holidays and a paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees).

Requirements

  • Insurance Product Management experience is required!
  • Extensive knowledge of leveraging customer, market, and competitor intelligence.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with lean innovation, agile or other development/innovation approaches.
  • Extensive knowledge of market research and marketplace and regulatory trends.

Compensation

  • $113,000.00 - $194,000.00
  • may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
