About the role

  • Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Multnomah County, providing quality health services for people who experience barriers to accessing care.
  • We are filling 3 positions with this recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Powerhouse: Seamlessly manages multiple communication channels (phone, email, in-person), ensuring clear and effective information flow across the care team and with patients, in both Spanish and English.
  • Detail-Oriented Documenter: Maintains accurate and comprehensive patient records, utilizing SOAP notes, EPIC phrases, and clear communication to support high-quality care and collaboration.
  • Provider/Team Support
  • Dynamic Clinical Support: Provides comprehensive clinical assistance to providers, performing a wide range of tasks from patient intake and vitals to administering medications and assisting with procedures.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations, inspire a diverse team of professionals, and ensure financial sustainability in alignment with our strategic plan.
