Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Outdoor Recreation, or related field, or equivalent experience (documented)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., WFR, IMGA, SPI, AIARE, and SWI) and 3-5 years of professional experience
- Official transcripts will be required upon hire)
- Applicant must be able to verify U.S. employment eligibility.
Skills
- Instruct Outdoor Recreation courses using hands-on, experiential methods
- Develop course materials, including syllabus and assessments
- Facilitate safe and inclusive outdoor field experiences
- Evaluate student learning and provide timely feedback
Compensation
- $600-$850 per credit hour.
