Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact, technical lead, and liaison into 3M for opportunities related to the Cadillac Formula 1 partnership
- Travelling as necessary to support customer visits, meetings, events, trials or other activities to support the partnership
- Demonstrates strong initiative, the ability to work independently, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- 5 years or more of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or other customer-facing technical role in a private, public, government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- Five (5) years of experience in automotive or motor sports industries
- Familiarity with 3M technologies across multiple product areas
- Strong business acumen, commercial experience and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across functions
- The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
