Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage local Equipment Technicians, providing direct support to gyms as needed and overseeing their responsibilities regarding all tasks outlined within their job duties.
- Manages and close service tickets in the OpenWrench system.
- Maintain inventory and spare parts to ensure quick resolution and repairs.
- Train, hire, manage, and develop local Equipment Technicians to enhance team performance.
- Partners with Regional Vice President of Operations to ensure club staff are trained on entering tickets properly and all equipment in the region is up to organization standards.
- Manages and maintains the company vehicle, ensuring a clean and organized inventory.
- Supports technicians with parts inventory and ordering, implementing creative solutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
- 2 years of experience in team management.
- 2 years of vendor management experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
- 2 years of experience in fitness equipment management.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook.
- Technical skills including general experience in the repair and maintenance of fitness equipment and physical facilities.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment.
- Reliable transportation required for travel to multiple job sites.
