Responsibilities
- Embed AI and automation into circuit design, layout, and verification workflows
- Leverage historical design and silicon data to drive predictive insights
- Collaborate across design, CAD, and manufacturing teams to scale AI-enabled methods
- Strong coding skills with the ability to develop and maintain production-quality software in Python or similar languages
- Experience applying AI or ML to physical design, simulation, or silicon data
- Knowledge of memory circuit design and full-chip integration
- We are building the next generation of memory design by embedding AI into how circuits are designed, validated, and brought to silicon.
- We work at the intersection of design, CAD, and data, and we focus on solutions that scale across teams and technology nodes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 to 7 years Experience with circuit design, layout, verification, or CAD flows
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- $170,000.00 - $290,000.00 a year
- The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
