- Communication: Lead efforts to communicate the value and impact of volunteer contributions through various channels, including reports, social media, and internal communications.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective volunteer programs and strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in volunteer management.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making and program improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
