Responsibilities
- The full-time Histology Technician I will support technical laboratory personnel in day-to-day operations of the Dermatopathology, Histology and Immunohistology Laboratories in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
Requirements
- Clear understanding of the standards required to work in a Histology laboratory under CAP and KSOM guidelines.
- Must be highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Proficiency with typical software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience: Histotechnician experience in a clinical laboratory
