About the role
- As a Presales Solutions Consultant for FICO's B2B Scores Auto Industry Practice, you'll be at the forefront of helping lenders make smarter, data-driven decisions by bridging the gap between complex analytics and real-world business outcomes.
- This role carries significant commercial impact - directly influencing how FICO Score solutions are positioned, adopted, and expanded across one of the most dynamic segments in consumer lending.
Responsibilities
- Presales solution design & value articulation.
- Partner with Scores Sales and Client Success teams to understand client business objectives, use cases, and decision criteria.
- Design and articulate FICO Score solution configurations aligned to client needs, regulatory context, and operational realities.
- Deal support & commercial enablement.
- Support presales activities across new logo, expansion, and renewal motions, including solution positioning and packaging.
- Partner cross functionally with Sales, Analytics and Clients Success, to support RFx responses, proposals, and deal review materials.
- Maintain deep expertise in FICO Score products, use cases, regulatory considerations, and competitive positioning.

- Translate analytics, model performance, and score usage into clear business and ROI narratives for executive and technical audiences.
- Contribute by providing technical input, usage assumptions, and solution complexity considerations.
- Work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure clean, informed handoff from presales to post‑sale execution.
- Provide solution context, assumptions, and success criteria to Client Success and Professional Services teams.
- Remain engaged through early implementation or go‑live as needed to address solution‑specific questions or escalations.

Compensation
- $132,300 to $207,900 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
