About the role
- Ensure sub-contractor activities are pre planned for, including safety items through scope review, pre-construction meetings, JHA's review, etc..
Responsibilities
- Support all safety efforts on the construction projects and promote CCG's Safety Culture.
- Assist and help maintain all safety related documentation for the construction projects Ensure Sub-contractor compliance with CCG's safety plan and expectations, in addition to, OSHA, federal, state, and other regulatory codes and guidelines.
- Perform at least one safety walk a week on the assigned projects utilizing a Mock OSHA Investigation.

- Bachelor's degree/board certification in Safety, or a related field, preferred 1 year of relevant safety experience Excellent communication skills and strong ability to develop relationships Working knowledge of construction safety principles, techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations and policies.
- Capable of identifying known potential exposures and recommending corrective actions.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle a varied and changing workload Proven ability to identify and solve problems Independent, self-managed, and self-starter personality OSHA 30 Certified 1st Aid / CPR and AED Qualified
