Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff across all functions, including receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory control. Ensure efficient operations and a high standard of performance.
- Train new team members in all warehouse processes, including scanning and picking procedures. Provide ongoing support to ensure staff are proficient in their roles.
- Manage inventory levels needed for store pickers including making transfers, tags, and tracking inventory items.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team objectives.
Requirements
- Remain on feet for the majority of the shift while performing repetitive motions, including reaching, bending, and twisting, as required for production tasks.
- Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, hairnets, face masks, and other safety gear, as mandated by OSHA and Company policies.
Nice to have
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation
- $35k-$40k
