About the role
- We are seeking an onsite dispatcher to work in our Ogden office.
- The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching Service Technicians to customer locations, managing service calls, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of automation services.
Responsibilities
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.
- Routing: Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.

Requirements
- Ability to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus.
