About the role

  • We are seeking an onsite dispatcher to work in our Ogden office.
  • The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching Service Technicians to customer locations, managing service calls, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of automation services.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.
  • Routing: Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
