About the role
- This role reports to the Director of Public Sector Contract Enablement and plays a critical role in supporting contract strategy, education, and profitability initiatives across the organization.
- Help prevent customer satisfaction issues through proactive communication, best-practice guidance, and reinforcement.
- Demonstrate a professional presence and effectiveness in all levels of communication.
Responsibilities
- Can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without needing explicit reminders.
- Can identify opportunities for task optimization, propose solutions, and manage multiple tasks without explicit instructions.
- Can identify moderate areas for improvement and implement moderate changes.
- Continuously develop expertise in Public Sector initiatives, areas for improvement, profitability growth opportunities, and impactful communication strategies.
- Develop clear communications, announcements, templates, and training materials that directly support sales and contract success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved in the support and management of Public Sector contracts.
- Support the pricing team by developing and delivering reinforcement training programs that promote maximum profitability.
- Provide consultative support on strategic opportunities to directly impact profitability.
- Develop and support contract-related announcements through both internal and external communication channels.
- Support strategic Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for non-consortia contracts.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role

- Communication: Can effectively communicate complex ideas and information, and can adapt communication style to the audience.
- Prioritization: Can identify critical tasks, arrange them based on importance, and execute without explicit instructions.
- Skill Level Requirements
- Strong understanding of Public Sector contracting processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex contract terms and communicate information effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary.
