- Proven ability to independently take ambiguous challenges and turn them into completed projects.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with business metrics, financial data, and operational models.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business contexts and make sound decisions with limited information.
- Must be located in Canada and able to work effectively within the EST time zone.

Compensation
- Competitive salary range of C$135,000 – C$170,000 annually, depending on experience, location, education, and skills.
