About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the development of Asset Management Plans for water and wastewater utilities.
- Evaluate infrastructure condition and performance using GIS and available asset data, perform risk assessments, and support development of capital improvement planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering field
- 4+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, utility infrastructure, asset management or related consulting services
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Nice to have
- Experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online), infrastructure data analysis, and municipal utility projects is preferred
- Familiarity with asset management frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000) is a plus
- IAM Certification preferred but not required
