Responsibilities

Invoices Approvals Support
Deductions Resolution Support
Aging Reports/Inventory Shorts support
Support Customer Operations team with other tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Most of our work happens in the office to spark creativity and community, but we also offer flexibility so team members have the autonomy to work outside the office when needed to support their work-life balance and personal commitments.

Customer Order Deliveries
POD's/BOL's for accounting
Pallet Account Maintenance
Customer service experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, supply chain or operations
Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving
Strong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
A commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-paced, high growth company.

Compensation

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105,000- $115,000 per year.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.

The position will be based out of our Walnut Creek, CA office.
