Requirements
- Knowledge & experience designing and integrating of 802.15 IoT radio circuits including Sub-GHz, Zigbee, Z-wave, Thread, etc.
- 3 years of experience in the high volume, low-cost, consumer electronics industry with typical product development cycles of 6-12 months.
- Ability to analyze & resolve system integration issues including current consumption, desense, EMI/ spurious emissions, In-band noise, ESD, etc.
- Experience in low level WiFi, IoT, and LTE RF circuit design, system integration, and testing.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of the 802.11 WiFi physical layer protocol behaviors & performance. Design and validation of test cases supporting 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/ah, etc.
- Ability to utilize common lab equipment including soldering stations and microscopes to perform detailed assembly & rework including SMT component replacement of components as small as 0201.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, plus 5 years of Industry experience with emphasis in circuit level RF design and WiFi, IoT, and LTE radio performance testing
- Experience designing & integrating antennas into small consumer electronic devices for above radio technologies a plus.

- Bring up and debug of 802.11 and 802.15.4 MAC & PHY layer Driver and Firmware, including validation testing and optimization.
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals including impedance matching, transmission lines, S-parameters, and antenna matching.
- Experience performing antenna tuning, impedance matching, efficiency optimization, TRP/TIS characterization, and RF debugging.
