About the role

  • The ​Senior Manager - Response Threat Operations​ will have demonstrated aptitude to rapidly apply expertise in a complex business and technical environment with previous experience in investigations, analysis, and incident response.
  • The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.
  • Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AMER Response Threat Operations (RTO) team, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and people leadership while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, metrics-driven decision making, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance response capabilities and organizational resilience.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder and regional representative for Threat Operations, partnering with business, technology, and security leaders to manage risk, communicate security impacts, and strengthen organizational security posture.

Requirements

  • Standard work schedule & occasional travel required (10-20% as required)
  • Strong business communication and project management skills are required to maintain effective internal and customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience with open-source security analysis tools such as Wireshark, SNORT, Splunk, Kali Linux, Sift, REMnux etc.
  • Experience with Computer programming and scripting languages such as C, Python, Java, etc.
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,100.00 to $231,900.00.
