Responsibilities

  • Support the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate and current project records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Support owner pay applications, subcontract administration, punch list completion, closeout documentation, and owner turnover requirements.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager, this role assists with subcontractor coordination, project documentation, scheduling, cost control, quality, and safety while providing guidance and support to Project Engineers.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Must be self-motivated and punctual.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and have excellent internal and external follow-up skills.
  • Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
