Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate relations activity across TRPA and TRPIM, including company meetings, thematic events, headquarters visits, conferences, and bespoke research trips.
  • Lead complex events from planning through execution, including scheduling, attendee management, internal marketing, external communications, materials, logistics, and day-of support.
  • Build relationships with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Associate Analysts, Corporate Relations Originators, and internal business partners to understand needs and deliver a consistent service experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, company management teams, and other external partners.
  • Maintain accurate meeting and relationship data in GEMS and the Corporate Access CRM.
  • Partner across Global External Research, Compliance, Meetings & Events, Research Services, Administrative Services, Investment Administration, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure corporate access activity is fully supported.
  • The backgrounds, talents, and experiences of our global associates allow us to embrace new ideas and perspectives that move our business priorities forward and enable us to deliver strong client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree AND
  • Experience working with investment professionals, corporate management teams, Investor Relations teams, broker dealers, or financial services stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of corporate access, investor relations, external research, investment management workflows, or investment operations.
  • Experience supporting senior-level corporate meetings, management access, research trips, conferences, or thematic events.
  • Experience producing management reporting, dashboards, engagement analysis, SLA reporting, or stakeholder insights.
  • Experience using CRM systems, event management platforms, reporting tools, or related technology solutions.
  • FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
  • Required:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate access, investor relations, financial services, investment research support, research sales, event management, business management, reporting, or a related client-facing business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholder initiatives, or reporting deliverables.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and data management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver a high-quality client or customer experience.
  • Ability to work across internal teams, resolve issues, and drive alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with equity research, public company engagement, portfolio management, or the investment process.

Compensation

  • $150,000.00-$210,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
  • $150,000.00-$210,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
  • $150,000.00-$210,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
  • Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
