About the role

Terray Therapeutics is seeking a motivated, creative, and experienced Technical Operations Manager/Senior Manager.
The core responsibilities of this job will be: Technical project management (50%): You will be a part of the R&D efforts to ensure we are delivering best-in-class execution.
Strategic Operations (20%): Supporting the company across a variety of operational initiatives.

This individual will act as the technical facilitator between multiple groups distilling requirements, working with project leads and group managers to ensure they meet project deliverables.
As an integral member of our Operations team, the candidate will support a variety of workstreams including technical project management, strategic operations, site management, and high impact ad hoc projects.

5+ years of Technical Project Management and Operational Excellence, or similar experience in a high growth organization.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction across concurrent projects.
Experience in a startup or ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
Ability to work well under timelines to provide results.

Manager level: $133,500 - $172,000 annually.
Senior Manager level: 160,000 - 194,000 annually.
Terray's salary ranges are designed to be competitive and are benchmarked against market base salary plus bonus within our industry and market.
We align pay to role scope, skill level, and impact.
