About the role
- Speer Technologies is a dynamic technology hub based in Toronto, partnered with some of the largest technology incubators in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Our products are on the path to receiving FDA and ADA approvals or provisional patents, with partnerships spanning Italy, Germany, California, and France.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Proposal Management: Lead the full RFP response process, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input across teams.
- Proposal Writing & Editing: Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, applications, and supporting documents.
- Content & Knowledge Management: Maintain a repository of commonly used documents, templates, and case studies for reuse across proposals.
- Project Coordination: Create internal timelines and checklists to meet critical deadlines.
- Collaborative partner who works well with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and strengthen proposals.
Requirements
- Organize meetings, gather required information, and ensure clarity on submission requirements.
- Experience with Figma.

Compensation
- Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and engagement type.
