- Primary Responsibilities 1.
- General Maintenance & Repairs Complete assigned work orders related to residential repairs and maintenance.
- Repair or replace water lines, water heaters, valves, cartridges, and unclog drains.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues including outlets, fixtures, and breakers.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential units.
Compensation
- $24k-$40k
