Conduct audits of partner Member Portal profiles to identify missing information, outdated content, access gaps, and other items requiring follow-up.
Support onboarding for new hotel, tour operator, and specialty partners, including account setup, access configuration, profile readiness, and early-stage questions.
Manage the Hotel team's shared inbox, handling partner inquiries and coordinating internal follow-ups.
Support analysis and strategic initiatives, helping the team surface insights, identify patterns, and inform decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Finance, and Operations - to support shared initiatives and business priorities.
Clear written communication skills for both internal and partner-facing correspondence.
Comfort experimenting with AI tools to support day-to-day work, such as drafting communications, summarizing information, or streamlining repetitive processes.
Reach out to partners on a quarterly basis to ensure sites are updated.
Ensemble maintains offices in Toronto and New York.
In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep our hotel, tour operator, and specialty partner programs running smoothly - from onboarding and troubleshooting to content management and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and comfort with learning new tools and platforms.
