This position plays a key role in helping projects remain organized, properly supported, and on schedule throughout all phases of construction.
The ideal candidate is safety focused, self starter, proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environments while maintaining strong communication with site management.
Track material orders, deliveries, shortages, and back orders to minimize project delays.
Monitor project progress and communicate potential delays or issues to management.
Assist in coordinating travel of personnel throughout the project site when necessary.
Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and customer requirements.
Participate in meetings, planning discussions, and coordination calls as needed.
Help facilitate efficient workflow and productivity across multiple projects or job sites.

ROLES/TASKS OF THE POSITION Coordinate and expedite the delivery of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to project sites.
